Bhaja Caves

On the way to Pune from Lonavala the first station is Malavali. South of this station at a distance of about 25 minutes by foot is small town called Bhaje. On one side there is Lohagad fort on other side Visapur fort and approximately in the center are Bhaja Caves. They are similar to Karla Caves but are on a much smaller scale. This caves are also in Chaitya style. The speciality of these caves is that the rays of the setting sun visit these caves. On the southern side, there is a place where one can see carved figures of Gods and Goddesses.

Bushi Dam

The road to Lonavala lake further takes one to Bushi lake. On one side there is a lush green hill and on other side there are small waterfalls. During monsoon tourists throng this place just to get drenched. It is full of people desirous of getting wet. People do not want to miss out the fun here especially during monsoon

Tiger Point

This is a dam. Near the Tiger point. If any one come in rain season. The climate is just like this.Here no heavy rain,but rain is very sharp.

Khandala

This is a hill area. Here climate is very nice. The mumbai punae expree higway going through khandala.In the summer season also here climate is good.

Lonavala is a Hill area. This is the biggest tourist place in maharashtra. It is very near to punae and mumbai.It locate in the middle of punnae and mumbai. Here atmosphear is very pleasent. Lot of people visited in ever weak.
